GoldPen Resort SMS Notifications Program

By entering your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website, you consent to receive SMS text messages from GoldPen Resort LLC ("GoldPen Resort," "we," "us") related to your reservation. Message types include reservation and booking confirmations, check-in and check-out reminders, account updates, and payment or invoice notifications. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of booking or purchasing any GoldPen Resort service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your reservation activity. You should generally expect to receive a small number of messages per stay (e.g., a booking confirmation, a check-in reminder, and a check-out reminder).

How to Opt In

You may opt in by visiting goldpenresort.com/book, entering your name and mobile phone number, and checking the SMS consent box. The checkbox is unchecked by default, and you may still reach us by phone or email without opting in to SMS.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from GoldPen Resort SMS messages. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carrier Liability
